Two: Body
Three minor subjects make up the bulk of your draft’s body. Write your initial minor point: design. Write down two or three facts about the design of an electric mixer made by the L-Company. Write another manufacturer and two or three facts about their electric mixers design. Then go onto your second minor point: function. Explain the function of L-Companies electric mixer and Y-Companies. Then compare the two electric mixers. Finally, write your third minor point: product accessories. Talk about L-Companies accessories for their mixer, than Y-Companies. Followed by a quick comparison, if you so choose. Write two sentences or less that wraps up your bodies information and sends the reader into your conclusion.

Three: Conclusion
Easiest of the three parts of your initial draft yet usually the part of every draft that people have the most difficulty with is concluding their debate, idea or thoughts. Be prepared to tie up all your loose ends. Finishing off your ideas from the body. The conclusion should complete the debate between the two companies Y and L. The conclusion will also finish your first draft.

Edit and Revision
Quick and easy, correcting is a process of doing away with unnecessary filler words people at times use when talking for instance ‘the’, ‘were’, ‘which’, and ‘that’. These are most common. Be objective when taking out words and be sure your sentence structure is not compromised.

Your 500-word draft should not take more than 10 minutes to modify. Modification addresses removing poor grammar and written word choice to explain sentence structure. Revisions should not destroy your main or minor topic, ideas or thoughts. This is not time to restructure or add additional ideas to the draft. Revising is a precise and swift practice.

Loose Ends
There are no loose ends. All your subjects are tied up. You have finished your ideas. And you have left the reader with a sense of direction or purpose pertaining to your topic. Pat yourself on the back and move on to your next draft as this will surely grow your MLM Business.

In the red corner we have attraction marketing strategies and in the blue corner we have old school MLM strategies similar to a boxer.

Old school MLM (which can be represented by the blue corner) has been used for a number of years successfully to build some of the biggest firms in network marketing. Big leaders in companies such as Amway, Herbalife and Avon have credited Old School strategies for their incredible success and movie star lifestyle.

In my view, there are people who still use the old school strategies to develop big business in MLM and there will always be.
The question is not which approach out of Old school and New school is better but which one is more duplicatable, or makes more sense to you and which one makes you the most money.

Robert Kiyosaki’s book the “Cashflow Quadrant” tells a short story narrated to him by his ‘rich dad’ explaining the distinction between working hard and working smart.

In the tale two businessmen begin two different trades to supply water to a village. The first trader carries buckets of water constantly to the village. At the same time, the other trader goes away for six months and comes back with a team of people. The second guy then takes a further six months to build a pipeline to take water to the village.

When the construction of the pipeline is complete then distributes better quality water constantly and for three quarters less than his competitor. Of course the second guy did very well, which ties in with the two questions Robert asks himself before considering a new business venture. These questions are responsible for making Kiyosaki rich and wealthy.

The questions are

1) Am I building a pipeline or hauling buckets?

2) Am I working hard or working smart?

If you want to make your existing business better or if you want to join a Network Marketing business, you should ask yourself these sorts of questions.

Sales calls to your leads in your network marketing business.

Pester family and friends, or anyone you come across using the old school term “three foot rule.”

Dropping letters at mail boxes, putting flyers into people’s hands at the neighborhood shopping mall, pitching the check out operators in the supermarket are all old school traditional network marketing techniques.

Let’s be truthful, who wants to do everything? If you’re running your business without employing some sort of system and not using leverage you are definitely hauling buckets!

Due to internet and information age, New School Attraction Marketing MLM (red corner) has come about,
Attraction marketing has given network marketers an alternative way to build their business, using the pipeline system (from Kiyosaki’s story) rather than carrying buckets.

In all fairness to Old School Marketing when we talk about hauling of buckets, there is a refreshing number of MLM professionals who apply other ways of building their business. They use a much more refined method to build their business.

Instead of lying in wait for unsuspecting potential clients at shopping malls and other places, they invite the specific people who have made inquiries either through a friend or whoever to a coffee shop. Or, they have a small group of interested people get together at someone’s home and show them a short video, have a coffee and a few nibbles. This way of building a network marketing business has been around for years, in the form of parties (as Tupperware have done very successfully for many years).

From all the reports, this is enjoyable. It is all very relaxed and no pressure from anyone.

The notion of Attraction Marketing is to provide qualified leads for you to speak with, by giving them information that they have inquired about. By offering an internet marketing system they can follow and also teach to their downline, or a video training course showing them how they can create their own qualified leads.

It is important for them to be able to judge before making any commitment and this is what you do by giving them something of value.

This is totally the reverse to old school method of making an effort to “sell” to anyone within a three foot circle inconsiderate of whether they want it or not.

The new school method does not make you appear as if you are going after prospects, it doesn’t make you appear desperate or doesn’t rob you your power and you don’t lose your posture. These are the other advantages of this strategy

Prior to the internet, there was no chance for potential clients to find out the validity of your company or products. It was not easy for prospects to do a comparison of your company with hundreds of other companies, so they could select the company they felt was best for them.

However, as I mentioned before it’s up to the individual which corner (red or blue) they want to come from. Either way, good luck and remember this MLM business is supposed to be fun and not something we dread waking up to every day.

Most of us have come across the term attraction marketing and have no idea what it means or maybe know what it is but do not understand how it applies to marketing. On some occasion, marketing has been used to refer to selling which is defined as “the exchange of goods for an agreed sum of money.”

So generally Marketing can be understood as pertaining to selling your product or service more or less. While interpersonal attraction could mean “the attraction between people which leads to friendships and romantic relationships”.

Almost 8 years ago, a group Network Marketers named this kind of marketing “Relationship Marketing”. John Milton Fogg had published his popular book name “Get Rich Slow”, and “Relationship Marketing” at that time had a foundation on the book. Since marketing was becoming very well known on the internet, network marketers who knew about relationship marketing, used a “Face Page” and photos for their clients to know them. A Face page was just a web page designed so that you could easily describe yourself, your values and what you were passionate about.

So what then is attraction marketing? Attraction Marketing is simply selling whatever you have to offer mainly through building relationships with people. And, this is what Social Media is all about too – “building relationships with people” whether it be for business or pleasure. At this point you might be asking yourself how creating relationships is going to sell your products or services, you may want to ask, how really does attraction marketing make me money?

Attraction Marketing is all about providing education to your niche, and solving problems they have within that niche.  When you solve someone’s problems for them,  and show them you are an expert, they’ll want to purchase your products and/or become your business partner.

Twitter is becoming more and more popular every day.

Even my local radio station DJ has a twitter account! Oprah talks about Twitter on her radio show.

It takes awhile to “Get” Twitter at first, so I’m going to explain.

A Twitter user is similar to a DJ on a radio station. A radio announcer has an audience following him, and people listen to him because they like his content.

It’s the same with Twitter – people follow you because they like you’re content. They want to hear what you’ve got to say.

So how does this relate to you?

If you’re building a business of any kind, having a twitter account with lots of followers,
is going to help you grow your business.

You will gain credibility initially if you have lots of followers.  The relationship of followers to exact expert knowledge is non  related.

However, having a high amount of followers is what gets people to follow your account.

Then, it’s up to YOU to provide quality content to prove yourself to these followers.

If you provide the content, you will gain a loyal following.

Just like the radio announcer – if he continues to provide quality content, his followers keep listening to him.

Here are some Tips on what to share with your followers.

1.  Just be yourself. Be Real

2.  Search for and find relevant information related to the topic of the account you setup and post snippets with links to your blog posts,

4. If I find a great quote that I like. I’ll tweet it

5. Tweet about what you are doing if it’s interesting.  For example, if you’re travelling somewhere, people often comment on that. When we were in Vegas earlier this year, people sent me messages about the casinos and all sorts of stuff.

If you’re going on a Ski-ing holiday or scuba diving, playing some kind of sport, and something exciting happened, tweet about that.  It’s a good way for people to get to know you and to brand yourself.

Another way to quickly move your sites to the first page of google for your keywords, is to use RSS feeds.

Make sure you have an RSS feed for your blog page, website page, hub or squidoo, ezine article page, or wherever you have placed your content.

People love to watch videos, as you can see from the tremendous success of YouTube, which is currently the second biggest internet search engine. Advantages of video marketing are:

* You can shoot a video anywhere – underwater while scuba diving, at the beach, in the car, in your garden with the birds singing, in your backyard, in the pool, while ski-ing, while traveling and while on vacation.

* You can reach a far wider audience with a videos than you can by speaking one on one with people. It’s rather like being in a seminar or at a conference, except you don’t have to be scared because no-one is watching you while you’re filming.

* Taking videos and posting to the internet is very low technology and easy to do.

6. Do an interview with a leader in your industry and ask them questions, with the video recorder on.

There are lots more different kinds of videos. Be creative and think of other ways also. Here are some tips for any type of video you create.

* Keep all videos less than ten minutes in length so that more video broadcast sites will accept them.
* Create an image to insert into each end of the video. On the image, type the title of your video and your website URL, with a call to action. This way, people can go to your website after watching the video, and you will generate your own leads.
* Most movie creation software will allow you to insert a watermark on your video. The watermark should be your website URL or your phone number in some situations.
* Submit your video to different broadcasting sites on the internet. Some broadcast sites are YouTube, Google videos, Viddler, Dailymotion, Photobucket, and there are many more.
